As part of the Professional Services practice, the Solution Principal role is responsible for working jointly with the Oracle NetSuite Sales teams including Account Management and Direct groups. The Solution Principal will be required to provide scoping, solutioning and estimation of the managed services effort required for Sales Opportunities.

The Solution Principal is responsible for the presentation and delivery of the Customer Success value proposition and proactively supporting our Sales teams as we drive for ARR growth across the EMEA region. While the initial customer requirements are obtained by the Sales team, the Solution Principal may from time to work with the Sales team during the initial discovery process to ensure that the prospect’s requirements are fully understood and included in the scope of works to be delivered by our delivery team.

Responsibilities include:nPartner with a team of Product Sales and Pre-Sales team to validate in and out of scope requirements and assist with solutioning as necessarynManage and prioritize Professional Services opportunitiesnWork with Practice Vertical Leads, Practice Directors and Practice Managers to determine best approach to Professional Service offerings based on prospect and scopenCreate value propositions and develop cost estimates for consulting effortsnManage and prioritize requests from both Account Management and Direct teamsnMaintain Professional Services Engagement Record updates within our internal sales force automation system to manage and prioritize Professional Services sales opportunitiesnDevelop, deliver and sell high-impact Professional Services Value PropositionnParticipate in developing strategic sales approach for prospective customersnPerform knowledge transfer to the delivery teamnAssist in the planning phase of projectsnAssist clients with mapping their budget & priorities to the scope and deployment strategy

Preferred Qualifications include:nOracle NetSuite platform solution experiencenERP lifecycle experience, ideally in a consulting capacityn3+ years of experience in systems applications consultancy with a consulting firm or software providernExperience working with sales teams, either in a pre-sales or direct sales rolenStrong customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skillsnExcellent presentation and interpersonal skillsnDemonstrable experience in translating customer business requirements into workable world class business solutionsnServices Delivery Cost Estimation and Statement of Work (SOW) preparation and presentation experience is a plusnFull cycle implementation experience of CRM, ERP and eCommerce applications is a plusn2nd European language would be advantageous.
