Grounds Maintenance

Purpose – Main Function of job
To provide a quality service at all times, maintaining standards at all times
Qualifications and experience
* Professional grounds maintenance experience preferred but not essential.
* A full UK drivers licence is essential.
* Experienced in using and maintenance of gardening equipment and machinery.
* Heavy lifting involved so successful applicant will need to be physically fit.
* Good knowledge of plants/trees/shrubs including pruning.
* Occasional maintenance cover will be needed.
* Waste management.
* You will be required to partake in training needed to fulfil the job role.
* To adhere to and enforce company standards and procedures, laws and legislation.
* To communicate any issues to the manager on duty.
* To have and enforce attention to detail.
* To perform any additional tasks pertinent to the operation as requested by the manager on duty.
