Job Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for setting and breaking down the annual sales targets for the country, devising corresponding marketing strategies and resource planning based on these targets, implementing them in stages, and providing feedback to ensure the achievement of goals.

2. Develop the country's product roadmap based on the competitive market situation, ensuring product launches and related financial targets are met.

3. In charge of collecting and analyzing important industry information and data in the country, understanding competitors and the latest product development trends in the industry, providing input and suggestions for product R&D to ensure product compliance.

4. Responsible for planning and building the channel system in the country, developing distributors and agents, formulating and implementing cooperation plans, and managing the channel network through analysis.

5. Accountable for setting and achieving sales target plans for distributors and retailers for sellin, sell-through, and sell-out.

6. Responsible for developing integrated marketing plans with channel customers, managing pricing and incentive systems, and maintaining healthy partner relationships.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years of brand marketing or sales experience, familiarity with the local market and channels, and having certain channel relationships is preferable.

2. Familiar with the full life cycle management of products, possessing independent market research capabilities and the ability to compare product competitiveness.

3. Capable of independent customer development and customer management, with excellent business negotiation skills.

4. Knowledgeable about channel expansion theories with extensive experience in developing new channels, able to identify fy key success factors for different types of channels.

5. Familiar with brand promotion and terminal management, understanding related theories and possessing a good brand marketing perspective

.6. Possess strong management, communication, and problem-solving abilities, good negotiation skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and resilience under pressure.
