TeacherActive are proud to be working with a primary school in the Swansea area. They are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and highly motivated teacher to cover their current teacher when she takes maternity leave. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven excellent teaching ability and be committed to providing a rich and creative curriculum that meets the learning needs of all of their learners, enabling all to reach their full potential. This is a full-time role starting in September for two terms working in a Nursery/ Reception class. 
The successful candidate will:
have QTS
experience of working in the Foundation Phase
be passionate about education with the commitment and drive to enable all learners to succeed in their learning, fostering excellent relationships and understanding pupils' needs
be an excellent classroom practitioner and have a clear understanding of effective teaching and learning in the early years to inspire, nurture and guide pupils of all abilities
have an up to date knowledge of the Curriculum Reform for Wales and be proactive in their own professional learning, including working collaboratively with colleagues as part of professional development to continually develop practice
be able to provide high quality learning experiences through a range of innovative approaches in order to provide the best possible curriculum offer to learners
have an excellent knowledge of ALN and how to support children with additional learning needs in a mainstream setting
have a positive and enthusiastic attitude to all aspects of school life .
have the ability to establish excellent relationships and work in partnership within a team, including governors, parents and other stakeholders.
