£12.20 per hour (45 hour working week) = £28,548 salary
Up to £7,400 per year in tips

What's involved?
As a Chef De Partie, you will work across all sections, supporting junior Chefs in the brigade to ensure you deliver the very best dishes at all times.
You will work 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.
