Is this you?nA Motion Graphic Artist with a passion for telling compelling, visually interesting stories. This role will bring client stories and messages to life by combining motion graphics, animation, design and audio into standout films that engage, excite and educate audiences.nThe ideal candidate is an intelligent storyteller and dynamic creative who is excellent to work with, has the skills to think laterally and conceptually to bring briefs to life. You are someone with exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with outstanding expertise in After Effects and knowledge of Premiere Pro.nYou will have worked in film and motion graphics for three plus years, preferably in an agency setting, and will have proven experience in; Devising, collaborating and delivering creative motion graphics and VFX solutions to a highly professional standard, applying your complete technical awareness and creative expertise to every job.nWorking within a large team you’ll collaborate with not only the film team but also creative directors, designers, copywriters, consultants and PM’s to deliver best in class creative concepts.nThis is an exciting time to join Europe’s leading employee engagement consultancy, working alongside a talented team and cultivating an existing portfolio of amazing brands.

What you’ll do:nSee projects through from brief to delivery.nDeconstruct creative briefs into visual concepts.nStoryboard, design, and animate to create standout film content to engages and inspires.nGenerate and pitch great ideas / concepts that are on strategy and adhere to client’s visual guidelines.nIndependently execute approved concepts on time, on budget and to a high standard.nWork in a multi-disciplinary team with writers, editors, graphic designers and a client services team.nCollaborate, document and communicate proactively throughout the work cycle. Review content, incorporate feedback and ensure work meets agency standards. Constantly strive for new, better and more innovative solutions.

Your skills and experience:nWe’d like you to tick as many of the below off as possible but remember that you don’t have to match 100% of these bullets – we’re looking for an individual that fits our business well as much as we are the most skilled and experienced.n3+ years of professional experience.nExpertise in motion graphics and animation is mandatory.nAbility to tell stories through original animation.nComprehensive working knowledge of motion graphics principles, VFX software and plug-ins, as well as experience in working with sound to support and enhance animations.nA strong base in graphic design principles.nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.nIllustration skills (especially digital, vector-based).nStrong portfolio and showreel showcasing a clean design aesthetic.nExpert fluency on a Mac platform Adobe Creative Suite. Especially After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro.nKnowledge of 3D tools and software a plus (e.g. Cinema4D, Blender, Maya).nExperience using collaborative team communication and project management applications such as Trello & MS.
