The ideal candidate will be skilled in client communications, contract documentation, project scheduling, and have a track record of leading project teams through successful design development and delivery.
Your role will encompass:nDeveloping and leading project design across multiple stages.nCoordinating the design, details, material specifications, and technologies to align with project specifications.nEnsuring quality and consistency across project documentation and drawings.nHandling day-to-day communications with clients, consultants, and the internal team to ensure projects remain on track.nImplementing QA/QC procedures, maintaining project milestones, and adhering to studio tools for effective project management.
The studio seeks someone with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to lead, and the drive to work independently. Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (ARCHICAD), Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp is essential. If you can also produce hand drawings and visualizations, that’s an added bonus.
