About the role:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a pivotal role in our educational team. This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students. You’ll have the chance to lead and inspire, working closely with both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 children. Your role will involve supporting classroom teachers, delivering high-quality learning experiences, and contributing to our school’s holistic approach to education. Application Requirements:
• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA, preferably within Key Stage 1 and 2.
• Qualified: HLTA qualification or equivalent, or significant experience in a similar role.
• Passionate Educator: A genuine passion for nurturing children’s learning and development.
• Multicultural Awareness: Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment and contribute to our inclusive culture.
• Team Player: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and engage with students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and Support: Deliver high-quality lessons and support classroom teachers in planning and delivering the curriculum.
• Student Development: Foster a positive learning environment that promotes the intellectual and emotional growth of students.
• Health and Wellness: Integrate health and fitness activities into daily learning, encouraging active participation.
• Inclusive Practice: Support students with diverse needs, ensuring an inclusive and respectful learning environment for all.
• Engage and Inspire: Utilise creative teaching methods and resources to engage and inspire students, making learning a joyful experience.
