Miss Sohee is looking for a highly motivated, passionate and experienced PR / VIP / Special projects Manager who's eager to learn and grow with the brand.


Responsibilities:

  • Corresponding to Press, special projects and VIP emails and being the main communicator 
  • Actively seeking new opportunities for the brand : Brand collaborations , Celebrity dressing and other special projects.
  • Overseeing the production of events such as fashion shows, events, lookbook shoots, campaigns etc.
  • Execute a result-driven PR and social media strategy to increase engagement
  • Manage website and social media content 
  • Schedule and plan Instagram contents 
  • Create content for social media and organise production of shoots.
  • Overseeing general administrative tasks 
  • Attending events and special projects meetings with the Founder
  • Organising logistics and courier with a PR assistant.
  • Managing showroom and samples, regularly checking stock and archive with an assistant.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and copy-writing skills
  • Passion for Haute couture and luxury
  • Shows great initiative, highly motivated, organised and extremely detail-oriented
  • Strong understanding of cultural trends inclusive of fashion, media, music and art.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, but small team across multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Experience handling logistics such as - DHL, FedEx, commercial invoices, label making, packing etc.
  • Experience with couture and handling very delicate clothing
