About the Company
Based in Hampshire, the company are a very successful and well-respected M&E Building Services contractor providing a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation and commissioning to various sectors including Commercial, Healthcare, Retail and Leisure, Education, and Office Fit Out projects, and as a result of growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities, Experience, Skills and Desirable Attributes:
* Oversee and manage Mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard
* Manage and support the site team
* Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring quality of the works, adequate progress and sufficient resources are available to maintain contract programmes
* Reporting into the Directors and stakeholders
* You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager
* Proven and successful track record of managing Mechanical projects from inception through to completion
* Ability to fully understand the client requirements, technical specifications, drawings and project requirements holistically
* Commercially astute, sound awareness of the contract terms ensuring adherence, as well as the ability to highlight risks to ensure that the business is commercially protected
* Excellent time management, ability to delegate and problem solve, prioritise key tasks and workload when working to strict deadlines
* Background in Plumbing and Heating or HVAC
