As we expand our horizons, we're looking for a dynamic Wholesale Manager to spearhead our fashion categories including Womenswear, Accessories and Menswear. This role is tailor-made for a leader ready to build, innovate, and drive our wholesale division from the ground up.


Role Mission

As our Wholesale Manager, you will be pivotal in sculpting the future of Liberty’s international expansion. Your mission is to ignite robust sales growth, forge sustainable relationships, and strategically position our brand across global markets.


What You’ll Do


Strategic Sales Development

  • and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that enhances brand visibility and market penetration. This includes setting annual sales targets and forecasting future trends.
  • Sales plans and strategies with our overarching business strategy, ensuring they are tailored to different fashion categories and global markets.
  • seek out and explore new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships, leading the expansion of our brand footprint internationally.


Account Excellence

  • the entire sales cycle from prospecting and client acquisition to negotiation and closing, ensuring a high conversion rate from initial contact to final sale.
  • the customer journey, providing unparalleled service that enhances client retention and loyalty. This includes handling complex negotiations and resolving issues swiftly.
  • rigorous order management processes to ensure all active orders are fulfilled efficiently, translating into optimized sales figures.


Team Synergy

  • a collaborative environment with internal teams (Category Brand Managers, Production, Design) to ensure product offerings are aligned with market demands and client expectations.
  • regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss customer feedback, sales performance, and strategic adjustments.
  • with Marketing to coordinate the development of sales tools as well as in-market events, that enhance brand visibility and market reach. Work collaboratively to ensure that all marketing materials and activities maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms.


Performances Metrics and Market Intelligence

  • comprehensive monthly reports against sales targets and strategic goals together with insights on market trends, sales results, and operational challenges.
  • in continuous learning about new products, collections, and designers to enhance sales pitches and client interactions.

What You’ll Bring

  • expertise in wholesale management within the luxury fashion sector, with a proven track record of growing sales and expanding business territories.
  • leadership skills with an ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of clients and internal teams.


This role involves local, domestic, and international travel to connect with clients and lead market expansions.
