Key Responsibilities:
Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to completion and handover.
Welcome and assist customers, providing comprehensive information about the development and available properties.
Conduct site tours and viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of our new homes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, guiding them through the purchasing process.
Handle customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Prepare and present sales documentation, contracts, and related paperwork.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the development.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the site and generate leads.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the management team.Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in property sales, preferably within the new build housing sector.
