About the Client

A leading European Private Equity firm based in the heart of the West End. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth and close-knit team.


About the Role

The business are looking for an ambitious and proactive Team Assistant to act as the face of the company. The role will support two teams and duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Complex diary management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Processing expenses
  • Managing and coordinating company events
  • Acting as a ‘gatekeeper’ to senior members of the team
  • Ad hoc Reception cover and administration work


Candidate Specification:

  • Some previous administration experience in a similar corporate environment
  • Must hold a degree (or equivalent qualification)
  • Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be a friendly face and provide excellent client service
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Have a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Well-versed in MS Office skills


Additional Information:

  • Salary up to £42K depending on experience
  • Hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm, with some flexibility needed
  • Regular team events and seasonal events
  • Benefits include 25 days annual leave, pension, healthcare, and a discretionary bonus scheme.
