Site Engineer – The Opportunity:
As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical integrity of project works, ensuring adherence to health and safety, quality, environmental, and commercial standards.
Site Engineer – What you will be doing:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and their representatives.
Implement the company's strategies and policies for sustainability, health and safety, quality, and environmental management.
Exemplify the company's culture and values.
Proactively identify and resolve issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage junior staff, including conducting annual appraisals and development plans.
Ensure project compliance with contract specifications and drawings, maintaining accurate records.
Perform additional duties as required for the role. Site Engineer – What we need from you:
Solid technical knowledge and experience with a main contractor.
Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant construction subject.
Completion of Safety Level 1 course.
Possession of an appropriate CSCS Card.
Extensive experience as a Site Engineer with a main contractor.
Previous experience as a Graduate or Trainee Site Engineer. Site Engineer – What our client offers:
