Agile Project Manager

Are you a dynamic Agile Project Manager ready to lead high-impact transformation initiatives in the utilities and data sector? This project will be delivered using a DevOps methodology, ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operations teams to accelerate delivery and maintain high quality. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Guide application development teams and architects, providing expertise in Java, microservices, and Azure toolsets. Agile & DevOps Delivery: Manage projects using the SAFe Agile framework and DevOps practices, overseeing sprints, ceremonies, and the Drive IT agile board. Project Execution: Develop and monitor project plans, manage schedules and quality, and ensure timely, successful delivery. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients to finalize solutions, scope, and SOWs. Facilitate regular project meetings and transparent status updates. Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure robust risk management across all projects. Business Development: Identify and convert consulting opportunities, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and contribute thought leadership. Team Management: Lead and mentor consultants, promote cross-skilling, and support talent growth. Innovation: Drive integration across consulting services, develop new offerings, and share best practices. Client Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, building strong relationships and securing positive feedback. What We’re Looking For Experience: Deep expertise in designing, building, and managing complex applications/platforms, with a strong background in Agile project management (preferably SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps methodologies. Industry Knowledge: Experience in utilities, data, or large-scale transformation projects is highly desirable. Consulting Skills: Ability to understand client business landscapes and develop tailored solutions. Certifications: Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) and experience with Agile tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps) are preferred. Leadership: Proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams, with a focus on innovation and collaboration.
