Are you ready to solve problems that matter?nWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive significant improvements in project management practices. This role involves working closely with clients on-site in Hereford to guide and support their transition to cloud-based solutions and modernization of IT infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing IT systems aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:nImplement industry-standard practices in task tracking, asset tracking, license management, and risk/issue management.nAssess project management practices and recommend improvements.nIdentify client IT requirements and develop tailored solutions.nProvide project progress updates to senior management.nManage the seamless migration of IT systems to cloud platforms.nCoordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.nProvide ongoing support and maintenance for IT systems.nMonitor and adjust project progress to ensure success.nPrepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.nKey Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a regulated environment or GovTech.nStrong understanding of IT systems design and cloud computing technologies.nExcellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.nAbility to work effectively in a customer-facing role and build strong client relationships.nSeamlessly integrate with existing teams and third-party providers.nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.nRelevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are highly desirable.nWillingness to travel to client sites as required.nAbout You:nStrong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships quickly.nAdaptable to changing priorities and able to pivot directions in a fast-paced environment.nInitiative-taker with good judgment on when to seek help.nCritical analyst who can scrutinize information, ask the right questions, and make decisions under pressure.nAttention to detail and commitment to quality standards.nExcellent organizational and communication skills.nTeam player with excellent interpersonal skills.nTenacious approach with the ability to bounce back from setbacks.nThis role will be based on the customer site in Hereford with occasional travel to the head office in Bristol and remote work flexibility.
