Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic Aspiring English Teacher? If so, we are looking for a confident Aspiring English Teacher to join a successful, high-achieving school as an English Teaching Assistant for students in secondary school and sixth form.

As an Aspiring English Teacher, you will support gifted, and low-achieving students with their learning; leading 1:1 and group sessions to improve academic achievement and attainment throughout cohorts.

Aspiring English Teachers should be competent in English Language and English LiteratureSecure a long-term work placement with teacher training as an option after an academic year as Support StaffStudents have high ambitions and achieve fantastic resultsHelp students from all different backgrounds and different abilities who have the same aspirations of attending top universities.Teacher training includes salaried opportunities and SCITT programmes in some of the best schools, trusts and federations in the country.Aspiring English Teacher | About you:

An Aspiring English Teacher should have a First-Class degree in English from a Top-20 UniversityTop A-Level grades would be beneficial for an Aspiring English TeacherPassionate about mentoring students with SENDHaving Child-Facing Experience / Experience with Behaviour Management / Tutoring & Mentoring would be advantageous for an Aspiring English TeacherCan be a role model for students wanting to go to Oxbridge and other top UniversitiesHas a good work ethic and subject knowledgeCan confidently teach and support in English up to A-Level.This is a fantastic opportunity for an Aspiring English Teacher looking for a rewarding role after University, where you can give back to the community and help a new age of learners.
