The firm is now seeking a talented conveyancing professional to join its thriving residential property team — with the opportunity to step into a Legal Director position for the right candidate. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on a diverse range of residential property matters , from high-value transactions and new-build developments to complex leaseholds, shared ownership, and rural properties. You’ll manage your own caseload while supporting and developing a team of conveyancers and paralegals. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing a wide variety of residential transactions , including both routine and complex matters Providing expert advice to clients and ensuring excellent service delivery Managing and mentoring junior team members Driving efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction across the department Contributing to business development and strategic growth initiatives About You You’ll be an experienced conveyancer (qualified solicitor, CLC, or equivalent) with a proven track record of handling complex residential property work.
