Hours: Shifts including Breakfasts and Lunch/Dinner up until 9pm
 
About the Role: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen team at a well-regarded establishment in Liverpool. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong culinary background who is eager to showcase their skills and contribute to a thriving culinary environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section.
Assist in the creation and development of menus, ensuring they align with the establishment's standards and seasonal offerings.
Maintain consistency and quality in every dish, meeting the highest standards of food presentation and taste.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Manage stock levels and order supplies as necessary, minimizing waste.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable kitchen.
Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes.
Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
