Our client, a dynamic corporate commercial property company with a strong presence in the UK and Germany, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their small but effective team based in Golders Green, North West London. Our client’s culture is built on values of innovation, integrity, and hard work.

The Role:

As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business. You will support two Directors and manage a team of advisors and a part-time bookkeeper. This role requires a proactive, multi-tasking individual who can manage both administrative and operational tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

- Executive Assistant duties to the Directors (diary support, scheduling meetings, admin based tasks)n- Oversee daily office management, supplier relationships, and facilities maintenance.n- Develop invoices, support credit control, and conduct financial analysis.n- Implement and update policies and procedures.n- Foster a positive working environment and manage internal reporting and communications.n- Coordinate with external professionals (HR, IT, Web developers, Marketing).

Client Management:

- Create agendas and reports, attend meetings, and take minutes.n- Prepare and update systems post-fortnightly meetings.n- Maintain reporting systems and client relationship plans.n- Assist in sourcing new business opportunities and onboarding new clients.

Systems:

- Work with IT suppliers to ensure efficient services.n- Support team with IT/CRM inquiries.n- Maintain relationships with website developers and refine current systems.

People Management:

- Help manage workflows.n- Assist the CEO with appraisals and recruitment processes.n- Support team events and propose new corporate culture activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a EA (and or) Operations role.n- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.n- Proficiency in MS Office Applications; experience with Salesforce and Xero is desirable.n- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.n- Strong relationship-building abilities with customers and stakeholders.n- Willingness to work in the North London NW11 office 4 days a week and 1 day from home.n- Experience in property is a plus.
