In this apprenticeship, you will be a key player, acting as the bridge between our colleagues at IRIS Software and the IT department. Your mission will be to resolve IT incidents and service requests promptly, provide exceptional customer service, and help us achieve our business objectives.
Location: Full-time position based at our Heathrow Approach (SL3 8QY) offices.
Duration: ICT Level 3 Apprenticeship lasting approximately 15 months.
What will you be doing?
* Handling Service Requests: Manage incoming service requests and incidents following established procedures.
* Effective Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their issues and maintain clear communication.
* Incident Management: Log, prioritise, and manage incidents and service requests with accuracy.
* Problem-Solving: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues while providing guidance to end-users.
* Documentation: Document incidents thoroughly and contribute to creating and maintaining knowledge articles.
* Support and Escalation: Provide essential online security support and escalate unresolved problems when necessary.
* Customer Service: Offer exceptional service and guidance to ensure a smooth user experience.

* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, resolving issues efficiently.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft products and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
