Position: Energy Broker / Sales Agent
Location: Leicester City Centre
Salary: £25k Basic + commission
Hours of Work: 08:45am - 16:45 Monday to Thursday, 08:45 - 16:00 on Fridays.(Opportunity for early finish)
Type: Office Based – Permanent – Full-time
We are recruiting for a Broker Sales Agent for a busy multi-utility energy consultant based in the heart of Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience in energy sales and a proven track record.
What you will do as an Energy Broker/ Sales Agent:
In this role you will be contacting prospective business customers to arrange gas & electricity supply contracts and convert leads from our lead generation team in a relaxed office environment.
What do you need to be an Energy Broker/ Sales Agent:
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Energy Sales.
Track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and Rapport
Strong organisational skills
Experience using Microsoft Packages and CRMs
The ability to work under pressure.
Positive attitude and self motivation
the abiltiy to work well as an individual and as part of a team
What we will offer you as an Energy Broker/ Sales Agent:
Commission rate of 20% on normal data.
Commission rate of 30% on own data/portfolio.
Annual pay review.
Regular incentives.
33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
Early finishes every Friday for achieving weekly targets
No weekend work.
Free onsite parking.
Breakout room with PlayStation, arcade machine and pool table.
