Now we’re looking for a Framework Lead to take charge of our Gatwick Design Framework. This isn’t just another project role. It’s your chance to lead, influence, and grow. You’ll work closely with the Director of Aviation, sector specialists, and key client stakeholders to ensure excellence across delivery, strengthen strategic partnerships, and uncover new opportunities within the airport ecosystem. What You’ll Do Own the Gatwick account: build relationships, solve challenges, and spot growth potential Oversee delivery of engineering projects, hitting timelines, budgets, and quality standards Support business development, work-winning, and tender processes Collaborate across teams to bring forward-thinking solutions to modern airport needs You’ll be on-site at Gatwick three days a week, fully immersed in the action. What You’ll Bring Strong experience in project delivery within construction or consultancy Aviation sector experience (especially at Gatwick) is a big advantage within engineering A relevant degree (chartered status a plus) Proven ability to manage frameworks and build trusted client relationships Understanding of project lifestyles and all stages of design (RIBA) If you’re ready to lead where aviation meets innovation and make a real impact in one of the UK’s fastest-growing sectors, we want to hear from you.
