Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a passion for precision and excellence?
Our client a leading name in the civil engineering sector, is looking for a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for major civil engineering projects.
Manage all aspects of contractual and financial management for projects.
Conduct detailed risk analysis and cost control.
Oversee procurement processes and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Provide expert advice on commercial and contractual matters to project teams.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors, fostering professional growth within the team.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of construction contracts and legislation.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficient in relevant software and tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
NEC3/4 & JCT Contract Experience
Estimating ability inc. experience/understanding of CESSM
Water / Wastewater Experience ideal but not essential
Producing Cash Flow, Forecasts and assisting management accounts
Tendering and Framework application support and experienceWhat We Offer:
