Job Description
Are you an experienced HR Project Manager?
Do you love to deliver people-related projects?
Are you looking for a complex programme to contribute to?
If this sounds like you then this could be a great next role for you
Joining the programme team on a high-profile and complex business services transformation programme, you'll take ownership for their people workstream, collaborating closely with the HR team to project manage the people-related programmes.
As an experienced project manager, you'll bring a strong project toolkit and will be confident in selecting the best tools and approach for each situation. You'll be joining at design phase and your knowledge of project planning across people change, regulatory and different juristictions will be key to the role.
Your background in delivering successful HR projects will enable you to deliver the organisational design, structural change and role design to enable the wider programme objectives to be delivered.
Due to the nature of this programme, we are keen to speak to people with experience of delivering projects in legal or professional services environments.
