BTR Community Manager – Wandsworth - £50,000pa - DOE
One Property Recruitment have been instructed on the search for a Community Manager, to join our client’s. You will lead an on-site team, as well as the day-to-day operations of the flagship community, conduct all lettings, resident services, tenancy administration, financial performance, and compliance.
For this role, experience in either Hotels/ front of house management, Student Accommodation, Build to Rent, or Lettings Management is essential
Your core duties will consist of:
• Train and motivate your on-site team and conduct regular one-to-one meetings with them to discuss their progress.
• Conduct all leasing, such as apartment viewings, taking applicants through the referencing process, negotiating renewals, and issuing out tenancy documents.
• Prepare budgets and manage expenditures.
• Market this Build to Rent flagship site at every opportunity.
• Continue to review the buildings financial performance.
• Ensure that you’re keeping responsible for health and safety compliance.
• Manage a team of leasing associates, front of house staff, and Maintenance staff.
• Be accountable for operational delivery using your extensive people and building management experience.
• Conduct 1-1 reports with your staff members and deal with any disciplinaries.
You will be the face of the brand here at this BTR flagship site and will be working to facilitate a community feel. This in turn will generate occupancy, retention, and net operating income.
I am looking for the following skillset/ attributes:
• Essential that you have led a team before
• Superb written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Great customer service skills
• Strong budgeting experience
