Trainee Cover Supervisor

About the role
The role of a Cover Supervisor is vital in the day-to-day running of schools. The best Cover Supervisors have excellent communication skills and are able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff, quickly and effectively.
You will be in class to manage behaviour, support with interventions, and ensure pupils are following the work set by the class Teacher.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of a Cover Supervisor you will:
Hold a degree
Have an excellent understanding of how children learn
Motivate and inspire children
Have a positive working attitude and committed to continually improve teaching practice
Be organised, punctual and adaptable
Be committed to inclusion and equity
