Job Description:
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join their production team. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our client's processes. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient production
Perform quality checks on packaged products to maintain high standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment
Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor
Maintain a clean and organised work spaceRequirements:
Previous experience as a production operative
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work in different shifts if required
