Onsite 8am - 4pm
Key Responsibilities
To work alongside colleagues to keep our estates and communal areas clear of hazards, obstructions and mess and manage workload so that jobs of an urgent nature are completed within target.
To be mindful of any risks associated with customers in line with Customer Safety and safeguarding and report any concerns to the Senior Estate Ranger
To ensure that customers receive a courteous and professional Ranger service
Daily removal of fly tips and rubbish or arrange for removal in instances when you are unable to do this yourself.
Help monitor estates and deal with issues as appropriate - this may involve highlighting problems or undertake necessary action to make safe/rectify as required.
Help enforce clear corridor policy by removing items from communal areas in line with our Estates Policy.
Grounds maintenance tasks in gardens and on estates.
Gather information where required anti-social behaviour and present this information, this may include Court action.
Identify and undertake / arrange rectification of potential hazards which require remedial action to make safe.
Liaise and communicate effectively with tenants and residents to build positive relationships.
Undertake duties and activities as directed by the Senior Estate Ranger and Estate Safety Managers
Carry out additional training as and when required.
Have a flexible approach to work including working occasional evenings and weekends.
Requirements
Experience of working with the public and dealing with sensitive issues.
Experience of carrying out manual tasks including basic DIY and gardening.
Willingness to use smart phone or handheld device to complete work.
Experience of delivering exceptional customer service.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Knowledge of Health and Safety, understanding of building maintenance, awareness of personal safety.

Excellent problem-solving skills.
Awareness of Microsoft software including Outlook.
