Two Assistant Site Manager’s required to work for a leading UK main building contractor on one of Leeds city centre’s major high rise residential developments.
This project is already underway with 2 years left to run on this £100M development.
We require one Assistant Site Manage to work on the internal fit out and another Assistant Site Manager to work on the external facades of the scheme, if you have construction knowledge of these construction elements, we want to hear from you You will work very closely with the existing Site Management and Project management team.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
* Manage project resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship, addressing any issues promptly.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
Requirements:
* Experience of high-rise developments.
* Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a tier one building contractor or specialist sub contractor.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS)
