Main Responsibilities of a Sales ConsultantnCustomer Assistance: Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and purchase decisions.nSales: Promoting and selling products or services to meet or exceed sales targets.nProblem Resolution: Resolving customer complaints, concerns, or issues promptly and satisfactorily.nProduct Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the products or services offered.nCross-selling and Upselling: identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers.

Qualifications and Skills:nSelf-motivated, self-starting, and hard working.nCompetent with MS Office.nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.nBright positive, and enthusiastic.nExperienced at consultative sales and delivering first-class customer service.nLiterate and numerate.nExperienced working in sales for a self-storage company.
