Location: Petersfield
Futures Recruitment Services Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Operations Executive on behalf of our client, a leading training provider. If you have a background in Customer Service and are skilled in administration, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to excel in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
Experience using CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proficiency in data representation and accuracy.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
Strong analytical skills focusing on business requirement analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Develop and customize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment to align with business needs and requirements.
Support students in their studies and qualification content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Assist in the onboarding of new clients and ensure customer fulfilment.
Provide ongoing support to super users and team members in CRM use.
Support the ACT team with ensuring Customer Success and managing reporting and queries.
