JOB DESCRIPTION:
I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a static Maintenance Handyman to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a building in Liverpool. Our client is looking for an experienced handyman with maintenance experience to join the team.
The Maintenance Handyman role will be 39 hours a week 7am - 3.30pm. Overtime and On call available.
Please note, a standard DBS will be required for this role
Daily responsibilities will include:
Planned and preventative maintenance
Fabric duties
Diagnosing and rectifying fabric faults
Carrying out work safely and efficiently
Building relationships with clients on site
Requirements for the role
Experienced Maintenance Handyman
PPM experience
Good customer care skills
