Sous Chef - Busy High End Gastro Pub Restaurant - Dorset - Live-in - £34,000
Fantastic opportunity for a budding chef looking for the next step in their career. We're recruiting for a Sous Chef to work along side an experienced Head Chef with a passion for fresh ingredients, food and service.
You will join a small friendly team producing British classic pub dishes using modern techniques. As Sous Chef you will have previous experience of working at Chef de Partie level for at least 2 years and have a good basic knowledge of fresh ingredients. The Head Chef is looking for someone who has some experience of fine dining and ideally experience of working in a fast paced kitchen.
You will work 5 days per week, and benefit from comfortable live-in accommodation (if required) and a great salary of £34,000 PA.
