Oxon Park are currently recruiting for CNC Miller to join a well established precision engineering manufacturer located in Leighton Buzzard.
Hours of Work:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5:30pm / Friday: 7:30am - 4pm
The Role: We are seeking a fully skilled CNC Machinist to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CNC programming, setting, and operating with a strong understanding of engineering drawings and precision machining.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program, set up, and operate CNC Milling machines to produce high-precision parts.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and follow detailed work instructions.
* Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
* Troubleshoot and make adjustments to machines as needed.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with full skill proficiency.
* Proficient in programming CNC Milling machines using CAD/CAM software.(Heidenhain, Fanuc, ONECNC)
* Strong knowledge of machining properties of various metals and materials.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
