Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an ambitious CDM Health and Safety Consultantto shape a diverse range of projects throughout the region, based out of the Leeds office.Sectors include residential, commercial, industrial and public projects.Teams work on various schemes as part of a multi-disciplinary consultancy, delivering principal designer and CDM services for a growing list of clients. As a senior within the team, you will be able to add real value and impact within the business. A huge part of the role is delivering services to our clients with the help of your expert knowledge. This is a delivery role, but you will also manage a small team, contribute to business development, and ultimately be the driving force in helping move the discipline forward within the industry. Within the role, you will have ownership over your projects,providing great autonomy.The Role:You will collaborate with design teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that all projects meet regulatory requirements from inception to completion.You will be involved in managing design risk assessments, preparing pre-construction information (PCI), and overseeing the review of construction phase plans (CPP).This role offers the chance to lead high-profile projects, developing your skills while making a real impact on the regions construction landscape.Your background:Proven experience as a Principal Designer CDM C or H&S ConsultantStrong understanding of CDM 2015 regulationsBackground in design, architecture, or constructionAPS or IOSH membership is desirableExcellent communication and client-facing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamIn Return?25 days of annual leave plus bank holidaysHybrid working schemeCareer progression and professional developmentSocial events and team-building activitiesHealth insuranceCycle to work
