Bookkeeping using Xero Microsoft ExcelnGenerating sales invoices, paying purchase invoices and chasing outstanding paymentsnBank and credit card reconciliationsnQuarterly VAT returnsnTour and project budgetingnGenerating and analysing royalty statements and tracking paymentsnLiaising with clients and managers on a daily basisnWeekly reporting to company director and clients external accountants
The ideal candidate must have the ability to multitask, be able to work on their own initiative and have excellent organisational skills.nA knowledge of PRS, PPL, Royalty accounting would be useful.nSolar has an open office environment, teamwork is essential and this is mainly an office based role although some hybrid working is possible
Maths, Finance or Accountancy Graduate / AAT qualification ideally with relevant experience in the music industry.
Salary dependant on experience
