Funeral Service Crew – Coroner Service
£12.40 per hour (plus night shift premium of 33.3%) plus benefits 
Part time, 22.5 hours per week
Monday- Friday 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am on a standard basis and working 1 in 3 weekends.

We’re looking for a Funeral Service Crew to join our Coroner Service team in Bristol.
In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out the transfer of the deceased on behalf of the Coroner. You'll also support the day-to-day Funeralcare operation wherever possible, making sure that both Co-op’s and the Coroners' ways of working are adhered to and delivered to the highest standard.

What you’ll do
•    drive our vehicles and carry out the transfer of the deceased on behalf of the Coroner in a professional and empathetic manner
•    maintain the cleanliness of equipment and facilities, including vehicles
•    prepare coffins and engrave nameplates
•    assist in the care and preparation of the deceased to the highest standard
This role would suit people who have
•    a full UK manual driving licence  
•    a sensitive approach to customer service with good attention to detail
•    the ability to react calmly and compassionately in emotional circumstances  
•    the ability to perform the physical aspects of the role (manual lifting)
