Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for education to join us as Entry-Level Teaching Assistants. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons, helping students to achieve their full potential and fostering a love of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in preparing materials and resources for lessons across various subjects and year groups
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help with their learning
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported
Support students with special educational needs or disabilities in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities
Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and provide feedback on their work
Requirements:
Enthusiasm for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in students' lives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and teachers
Previous experience working with children or young people preferred but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
