As the Principal Geotechnical Engineer, you will play a vital role in providing expert geotechnical engineering solutions and overseeing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage geotechnical projects from inception to completion
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Conduct site investigations and geotechnical assessments
Develop and implement geotechnical design solutions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
Prepare clear and concise technical reports and presentations
Manage client relationships and engage in business development activities
Job Requirements:
Significant experience in geotechnical engineering
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of geotechnical principles
Proven track record in delivering geotechnical projects
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in relevant industry software and design codes
Membership with a recognized professional body (e.g., CEng)
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
