  • Take ownership of tickets from initiation to resolution.
  • Manage SLAs and meet customer expectations.
  • Respond promptly to support requests via email and phone.
  • Provide technical support across our customer base through various channels.
  • Perform both reactive and proactive maintenance tasks.
  • Contribute to IT projects as needed

Here's what we're looking for in candidates:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support services or consultancy.
  • Proficiency in MDM management, laptops, mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with Anti-Virus Technologies (Eset / Bitdefender).
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 Administration and MS Terminal server administration/support.
  • Proficiency in OneDrive management, SharePoint setup.
  • Strong skills in MS Server 2016+ AD / GPO / Rights / User administration and Certificate management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot LAN/WAN/VPN/Router/Firewall/WIFI issues.
  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
  • Experience with Remote access tools.
  • Knowledge of azure devops and automation
  • Willingness to attain Microsoft 365 accreditations MS900, MS102.
  • Desirable: Experience in managing vmWare, HyperV patching & upgrades, Microsoft 365/Exchange/SharePoint administration and migrations.
  • Proficiency in scripting and task automation using PowerShell.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Networking/Desktop/Servers.
  • Experience with VoIP systems (CTX) - troubleshooting and administration.
