Injection Moulding Technician

We are recruiting for an Injection Moulding Technician to work the weekend shift at a medical injection and cleanroom assembly company based in Littlehampton. You’ll be working in the MouldShop as an Injection Mould Setter and ideally have previous experience in a similar industry and have an understanding of Injection Mould tooling.
Job duties for an Injection Mould Setter are as follows:
* Operating, setting up and maintaining injection moulding machines within a highly graded cleanroom environment
* Installing mould tooling and set machines to regulated settings
* Supporting the engineering when installing and validating new equipment and technologies
* Monitoring product quality
Skills and experience required
* Relevant industry experience
* Familiarity with Engel, Fanuc and Boy machine control systems
* Understanding of injection mould tooling & processing various polymers
* Great communication skills both written and verbally

This is based in Littlehampton and you’ll be working every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 8pm (hours can be flexible) with a starting salary of £30,000
