Systems Analyst - E-commerce/Salesforce - North East England


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Systems Analyst within the IT team for this retail company. Ideally you will have experience in B2C E-commerce gained in a retail/fashion sector with Salesforce experience. The role is service orientated and requires someone who has experience of business systems including e-commerce platforms, POS and payment solutions.


The role will involve the analysis of business requirements and leading of discovery workshops to produce specification documents and user stories to support changes or new business needs, as well as 3rd level support. There are exciting projects in the pipeline so the role will not just involve BAU.


Ideally you will have:


  • 3 years+ post degree experience supporting and enhancing major e-Commerce platforms in a major retailer/fashion/apparel/B2C environment
  • Strong E-commerce and/or Salesforce experience
  • SQL Server skills



This role is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office. Please apply with CV to be considered. Applicants will need to either be based in the North East or be looking to relocate to the area.
