The Role We’re looking for an Operations Manager to be the connective tissue of the agency. Someone who thrives on clarity, builds simplicity out of complexity, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll own the backend of how the agency runs day-to-day — creating structure, keeping projects flowing, and freeing up the Founder and team to focus on what they do best.
