Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic International Talent Agent to join their team. The Agent will be responsible for managing and representing a roster of international actors, securing auditions and bookings, and negotiating contracts on their behalf. This role requires a strong understanding of the TV, Theatre, and Film industries in both the UK and US markets, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a roster of international actors, providing guidance, support, and career advice to help them achieve their professional goals.
  • Submit actors for auditions and casting opportunities across TV, Theatre, and Film projects in the UK and US markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with casting directors, producers, directors, and other industry professionals to ensure our actors are considered for relevant opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, deals, and agreements on behalf of clients, including compensation, terms, and conditions.
  • Manage client relationships, including scheduling meetings, handling inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.


MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of the TV, Theatre, and Film industries in both the UK and US markets, including casting processes, industry trends, and key players.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients and negotiate favorable deals.
  • Proven track record of securing auditions, bookings, and contracts for actors across various projects and mediums.
