Responsibilities:nAppian Development: Develop and maintain Appian applications, including process models, user interfaces, and integrations, using Appian's low-code platform.nRequirements Gathering: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.nSolution Design: Design and architect Appian solutions that meet business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.nIntegration: Build and maintain integrations with external systems, databases, and third-party applications using Appian Integration features.nTesting and Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.nTroubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in Appian applications.nDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Appian solutions, including design specifications, user manuals, and technical documentation.nBest Practices: Stay up-to-date with Appian best practices and industry trends to ensure the adoption of the latest technologies and methodologies.nCollaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to deliver successful projects.nQualifications:nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.nMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Appian development.nAppian certification(s) preferred.nStrong knowledge of BPM concepts and methodologies.nProficiency in designing and developing complex Appian solutions.nExperience with Appian Integration features and REST/SOAP web services.nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.nAbility to work effectively in a team and independently.nKnowledge of software development best practices and methodologies.
