Junior Data Administrator

will act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries about data and will be responsible for ensuring 100% of data and records are captured, kept up to date, and accurate within specified SLAs.
Responsibilities for the Junior Data AdministratornEnsuring databases and industry registers are accurate through exception reporting and reconciliations.nMaintain network systems ensuring accurate data and changes are recorded effectivelynEnsure service SLAs are achieved and that customers’ needs are met, including responding to customer queries, to provide a best-in-class service
Key Skills & Experience for the Junior Data AdministratornEssentialnConsistently professional, confident, and calm even in challenging situationsnIntermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and OutlooknExperience within a data-driven role is desirednStrong administrative and organisational skills.nFull UK Driving LicensenStrong written and spoken communication skills
