IntSol Recruitment are recruiting for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join the team at a hotel located in Suffolk.

As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes for the hotel's guests.

*Sous Chef Pay Rate*: £13 ph

*Sous Chef Responsibilities:*
* Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control
* Supervise and train kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes
* Ensure that food hygiene and health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
* Maintain an efficient and organised kitchen, with excellent attention to detail
* Manage stock levels and orders, ensuring that ingredients are fresh and of high quality

*Sous Chef Requirements:*
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment (preferred not required)
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations
* A passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
