The HLTA role will involve supporting the class teacher, aiding students in need, and assisting with various teaching duties.
About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, long-term position, you will play a crucial role in supporting classroom activities and helping to deliver an enriching educational experience. Your role will include assisting with lesson planning, supporting individual and group learning, and ensuring that every student has the resources and support they need to excel.
Application Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications and experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
• A strong understanding of Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide classroom support to the teacher, assisting with lesson delivery and student engagement.
• Help students with individual learning needs and monitor their progress.
• Contribute to the planning and preparation of lessons and activities.
• Support the teacher in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.
