The Role
We're looking for experienced Clinical Complex Care Specialists to provide high-quality care to our clients in the Denbighshire area.
Key Responsibilities:
Administering medication
PEG feeding
Operating nebulizers
Using cough assist devices
Performing suction
Tracheostomy care
Other complex care duties as required
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
Ability to work day shifts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Skills and Qualities Required:
Must be 18 or over
Dedicated, caring, punctual, and driven with a positive attitude
Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
The right to work in the UK
Experience of lone working
Highly empathetic with excellent motivational skills
Available to work every other weekend when required

This role is specifically for drivers only. The organization is recruiting applicants who meet the skills and qualities required in keeping with the positive action provision within the Equality Act 2010 to meet patient needs and ensure employee safety.
